Very negative experience working under this manager. He is disorganized, unreliable, and unprofessional. He avoids making decisions, which repeatedly stalls work and creates unnecessary confusion and stress for the team. He is not direct or honest in his communication. He often says whatever he thinks people want to hear, even when it is not true, and later contradicts himself. This behavior erodes trust and makes it impossible to rely on his word. He spreads or allows rumors instead of addressing issues transparently. Rather than supporting his team, he is frequently unavailable, does not make time for employees, and avoids difficult but necessary conversations. He openly supports or protects individuals who display sexist attitudes, contributing to a hostile environment for women. Concerns raised about behavior or fairness are ignored or minimized. He lacks accountability, does not follow through on commitments, and shifts responsibility when things go wrong. Overall, he is not supportive, does not act with integrity, and creates a toxic work environment. I would not recommend working under him.
