3. User-Generated Content

You acknowledge that all content submitted to the Site (including reviews, ratings, comments, and uploaded media, collectively "User Content") is your sole responsibility. The views expressed are those of the individual author and do not reflect the views of The Work Score or its affiliates.

4. Content Standards and Prohibited Use

You agree not to post, upload, or link to content that:

  • Contains false, misleading, or malicious claims;
  • Intentionally impersonates another person or misrepresents affiliation;
  • Violates the privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights of others;
  • Includes copyrighted material or images without appropriate permission;
  • Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, obscene, or unlawful.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

5. No Responsibility for Accuracy

The Work Score does not create, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any User Content. All reviews and associated data are provided "as is," and you agree that any reliance on such content is at your sole risk.

6. Right to Moderate or Remove Content

The Work Score reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, or remove any User Content at any time for any reason without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, claims of defamation, impersonation, or content flagged by third parties.

7. Reporting Abuse or Inaccurate Information

If you are a subject of a review and believe it to be false, harmful, or defamatory, you may contact us at theworkscoreinfo@gmail.com. We will investigate in good faith and may remove content at our sole discretion.

8. User Anonymity & Data Collection

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users submitting reviews. Specifically:

  • No user accounts, names, emails, or IP addresses are collected or stored in our application database.
