Since taking leadership of Cross Domain Computing (XC) he has alienated most of our customers to the point that they will no longer work with us, driven mass employee resignations, and started selling off over 20 years' worth of the company's intellectual property. He uses management level meetings to self promote and question the loyalty of others he feel is owed him. In division wide townhalls he is condescending and makes it clear that he views everyone as disposable. Between the resignations he caused and an unnecessary round of layoffs I don't have enough people on my team to do the work. The reputation our division is getting both inside and outside the company is making makes it difficult to recruit when I do get headcount approved.
